Kullanım Koşulları (EULA)

MakyajBuddy uygulamasını kullanarak aşağıdaki koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız:

1. Hizmet Kullanımı

Uygulama, AI destekli makyaj tavsiyeleri sunar. Bu tavsiyeler bilgilendirme amaçlıdır ve profesyonel tıbbi danışmanlık yerine geçmez.

2. Unic Sistemi

"Unic" puanları uygulama içi hizmetler için kullanılır. Satın alınan puanlar Apple/Google iade politikalarına tabidir.

3. Sorumluluk Sınırı

Uygulamanın kullanımından doğabilecek dolaylı zararlardan geliştirici sorumlu tutulamaz. Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır.

4. Hesap ve Güvenlik

Google ile giriş yaparak hesap oluşturabilirsiniz. Hesabınız altında gerçekleşen kullanımlardan siz sorumlusunuz. Hesap güvenliğiyle ilgili şüpheli bir durum fark ederseniz bizimle iletişime geçin.

5. Hesap Silme

Hesabınızı ve ilişkili kişisel verilerinizi silme talebi gönderebilirsiniz. Ayrıntılar için Veri Silme Talebi sayfasını inceleyin.

6. Satın Almalar ve İadeler

Unic satın alımları ilgili mağaza sağlayıcısı üzerinden yürütülür. İade talepleri Apple App Store veya Google Play politikalarına tabidir. Hesap silme işlemi geçmiş mağaza ödeme kayıtlarını otomatik olarak silmez.

7. Yasaklı Kullanım

Uygulamayı kötüye kullanım, tersine mühendislik, yetkisiz erişim, hizmeti bozma, yasa dışı içerik üretme veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal etme amacıyla kullanamazsınız.

8. Değişiklikler

Bu koşullar güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama veya web sayfası üzerinden duyurulabilir.

By using MakyajBuddy, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Usage

The app provides AI-powered makeup advice. These suggestions are for informational purposes and do not replace professional medical advice.

2. Unic System

"Unic" points are used for in-app services. Purchased points are subject to Apple/Google refund policies.

3. Limitation of Liability

The developer cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app. The app is provided "as is".

4. Account and Security

You may create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you notice suspicious account activity, contact us.

5. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data. See the Data Deletion Request page for details.

6. Purchases and Refunds

Unic purchases are handled through the relevant store provider. Refund requests are subject to Apple App Store or Google Play policies. Account deletion does not automatically delete historical store payment records.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use the app for abuse, reverse engineering, unauthorized access, service disruption, unlawful content, or infringement of others' rights.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes may be announced through the app or website.
